Because items are uniquely made to order, all sales are final. The exception being items that arrive damaged in shipping, in which case we would need to be notified within 5 working days. Please email us for approval prior to returning the damaged merchandise, at which time we will determine if there is a valid reason for the return. Returns without prior approval will be refused and sent back to you. Shipping charges are not refundable.
